Contract Appellate Paralegals – Remote Opportunity

The Appellate and Post-Conviction Unit is seeking experienced contract paralegals to support appellate defense attorneys representing indigent clients throughout Washington State. Duties include transcript coordination, court filings, brief formatting, and other appellate support tasks.

Contracts run from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with pay ranging from $40–$60 per hour based on experience. Applications will be reviewed as received through June 16, 2026.
