Celebrating the 60th anniversary of Gideon v. Wainwright, this year’s Defender Conference is about the right to effective assistance of counsel. This conference is co-sponsored by Washington State Office of Public Defense.

This year’s conference will take place once again at Sun Mountain Lodge. Sun Mountain is currently at capacity but there are other lodging options in the area at The Winthrop Inn, Hotel Rio Vista and The River’s Edge Lodge.
