Case is a habeas petition filed in King County Superior Court challenging a No Contact Order imposed upon Mr. Jones by the Seattle Municipal Court. The NCO was issued in connection to a dispute between Mr. Jones and his neighbors. Seattle Municipal Judge issued a 1000 ft NCO against Mr. Jones. Due to the proximity of the neighbor’s home to his, the NCO essentially means Mr. Jones cannot inhabit his home, that he owns and has lived in for more than 30 years.
