1. The Constitutional Right to Confrontation IS WAIVED if not preserved at trial by objecting. This is unlike most other Constitutional Rights!

2. Challenge inadmissible evidence rulings based on the court giving the limited jury instruction for “the jury to disregard” what was shown or said. Scientific evidence demonstrates human beings cannot and will not do that. This issue needs taken to the Supreme Court with the research proving this!

3. Challenge jury misconduct during deliberations when discovered. Fight the current status that whatever occurs during deliberations is sacred because it occurred there. Misconduct is misconduct. When a juror comes forward and speaks out, the verdict should be overturned!

4. The differences and legal distinctions in the tests between joinder for offenses/counts, joinder for co-defendants, and severing.

5. Outrageous government misconduct.
