4. Are you aware of the evidence rules and objections sufficiently to stack them on multiple bases to get evidence admitted or excluded under a different one when the first fails?

5. Remember to object or write a MIL to exclude officer subjective conclusory statements such as “furtive movements” – there is authority supporting the motion.

6. Authority related to witness unavailability, it isn’t always what the State tells the court!

7. WSH is almost in compliance with the 7 days to admit clients for restoration.
