Death Penalty Listserv (DPAP)

The Death Penalty Assistance Project (DPAP) will use this listserv to send notices of upcoming trainings relevant to capital defense, news and updates concerning the state of the death penalty in Washington and across the nation.  This listserv will also be a place for capital defenders and investigators to connect with others who practice in this area to share ideas and gather information.  To be subscribed to the Death Penalty Assistance Project (DPAP) list, you must be an attorney, investigator, mitigation specialist or support staff who works on capital cases or is death penalty certified. Additionally, you must certify each year that you do not work in prosecution or as a judge.
